01 Brainstorm
It starts with a conversation.
You and the Orchestrator, our lead AI, shape the idea together. Nothing is built until you approve the design.
02 Plan
One plan, split three ways.
The Orchestrator recalls what worked and what failed before, writes the plan in its own isolated branch, and splits it into small tasks. Each task names the files it may touch and how we'll know it's done.
03 Judge
Every handoff is checked.
The Judge answers yes, no or pick-one in a fraction of a second. By default it is a local rule set: no key, no network. A judge model is an optional upgrade. It never writes code. It only decides.
04 Build
Three builders. Test first.
Each AI Builder takes one task, locked to its own files. An edit outside them is denied. Every command is risk-checked before it runs, and dangerous ones are stopped.
05 Escalate
When it's stuck, it climbs.
A Builder starts on the fast tier. One failure moves the task up: standard, then strong, after we've found out why it failed. The frontier tier, the most capable AI there is, runs only if strong fails too. After that, a person steps in.
06 Review
Three reviewers. Then challenged.
Three reviewers check every result at once: does it match the design, is it well built, and is it more than the task needs? Contested changes get second opinions from two different AI models. Then the tests run.
07 Ship
Verified. Signed off. Merged.
Nothing merges until the tests pass and the work is verified. A person signs off on anything that goes live. Every outcome is saved, so the next project starts smarter.
